Derived from the Spanish word Alinear, meaning ‘to find balance,’ Alinea Elevated Villas is a luxury residential development representing the perfect equilibrium of style and sustainability. Nestled in the mountains of the renowned beach town of Dominical, Costa Rica, this unique collection of 23 private villas was designed to honour and protect the land and local ecosystems with its unique brand of eco-conscious luxury.

When the pre-construction phase began in 2022, we were called on to craft a brand identity and corresponding marketing materials that befitted the innovative vision of the developer. The final look and feel celebrated the brand’s ethos of ‘balance’ and drew inspiration from the fundamental elements of sun, soil, water, and air. Through an elegant logo, website, brochures, and more, we invited potential owners to come experience “La Pura Vida” (The Pure Life) that’s made Dominical famous.
